We have a new (furry) nephew!

Yes, this was a little random, and completely unexpected, but Mike and I are so excited to welcome another furry friend into the family!

He's so tiny!

Just a few weeks ago, my brother Garrett & his fiance Jenny brought home a fluffy little bundle of Joy - Ziggy! When Jenny saw this little ball of fur outside of her salon, she and Garrett knew instantly that he would be part of the family.  The DuPont and Mobley families haven't welcomed a puppy into our homes since over 4 years ago when Mike and I brought home our little butterball, Winston - and who doesn't love a floppy, hoppy, kissy little puppy?

I know that my mom is a little relieved because for once, Garrett & Jenny didn't come home with an exotic pet like a tree frog, or a chameleon, or a killer sugar glider - just a puppy sweet little mini Pomapoo.  Our first furry nephew.  And the best part is...he's small enough to fit into a little bag to hop on a plane and come visit his cousin Winston in New York!

We get to meet Mr. Zigs when we head out to Texas next week for Thanksgiving, and I'll have more pictures of that tiny face then, but I wanted to share this because....well just because puppies are the happiest thing ever! We're so excited for the joy this little guy will bring the future DuPont's.
